Terms
Last updated 18 October 2026.
These terms are between you and Abrega, Inc., which makes Banana. By using Banana you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
Using Banana
Banana helps you plan your day and keep track of meals, workouts, sleep and listening. Use it lawfully and don't try to break, copy around the protections of, or misuse the service or the accounts it connects to.
Your data and accounts
What you put into Banana stays yours. Connecting Google makes a Banana account, which you can delete in Settings at any time. Connected accounts such as Google are subject to their own terms. You're responsible for keeping your devices and accounts secure.
Not medical advice
Nutrition estimates, label readings, workout and sleep figures are approximate and for your information only. They aren't medical, nutritional or fitness advice. Check what matters with a professional.
Open source
Banana's source code is published under its own licence. These terms cover the app as we distribute it.
As is
Banana is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Abrega, Inc. isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from using Banana.
The App Store
If you got Banana from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard licence (the Licensed Application End User License Agreement) also applies, and Apple isn't responsible for the app or its support.
